How much can the Everyday Bikini Brief (Moderate to Heavy) hold?
This absorbent period underwear can hold up to 4 to 6 teaspoons of blood, approximately 4 to 6 regular-sized pads or tampons.
Do I have to wear a tampon or a pad with it?
Nope! The Everyday Bikini Brief is designed to be worn on its own.
What is this period underwear made of?
It’s made with organic cotton making it breathable and soft to keep your skin rash-free. The Everyday Bikini Brief is also built with quick-absorbing multi-layered leakproof lining to keep you clean and dry.
Who do you recommend this for?
The Everyday Bikini Brief is suitable for all body types and cycles. This is also good as a period-starter product for teens!
How do I know when I need to change my period underwear?
First time? Don’t worry, it's beginner friendly! We recommend you use it at home to get to know your flow. Like pads or tampons, check every so often. When it starts to feel heavy, it’s time to change into another pair.
Can I wear it all day?
Absolutely! Just make sure to check in depending on the heaviness of your flow and the absorbency level (light to medium or medium to heavy) of the period underwear you choose for that day.
How to take care of your period undies:
1. Do a quick rinse under water.
2. Machine wash or hand wash with mild detergent (no fabric softener or bleach).
3. Tumble dry on cool or hang dry.

I tried the period underwear for the first time on the second day of my period. It was able to absorb everything, I was so shocked. It's very comfortable and the underwear itself doesn't feel heavy. I'd probably pair this with a period cup on much heavier days! Love this one <3
Was super iffy about the whole idea of using JUST the period underwear, but this was a total game-changer for me! Stays dry throughout the day and doesn't give me that wet, uncomfortable feeling.
I already have 4 pairs! This is something you should have in your underwear drawer.
