1. Squeeze some product onto your hands and evenly distribute throughout the hair, focusing on the ends of the strands.
2. For best results, leave it for 2-3 minutes in your hair before washing it off.
3. Use 1-2 teaspoons of the product, or a nickel sized amount of product (depending on your hair length).
