How can I change or cancel my order?

No hard feelings. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at we@thecollective.ph so we can process your request before your order is shipped.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Sharing the gift of healthy skin is always something we can get behind.

To send your order as a gift, write your message in the note area during your checkout and include the receiver’s delivery details (name, address, and contact number).

How do your gift cards work?

A unique GC code will be sent through the customers’ email. The code can be used once upon checkout.
