What is your return policy?
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only for those received with any damages, defects, or discrepancies. Discrepancies refer to missing item/s, receiving an incorrect package or product, or extra items.
- Concerns must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Outside this period, the product/s could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the issues reported.
- Any concerns received after the 7-day period will not be accommodated. For any concerns, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if I receive the wrong order?
We’re so sorry about that. If you received the wrong order, send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll send you your correct order.
Take note that we can only replace your order if the product has not been opened yet. Opened items will be considered final and sold.
