How to Use

How to use: Unwrap and take out the pad. Peel off the back sheet and stick the pad on your underwear. Notice the flaps on the sides? Make sure you unpeel the wings too, then stick them over the edges of your underwear.

The Day Pads are ideal for regular flows (5-12 tsp or 30-60 ml).
