I started dry brushing as a way to bring a little more Ayurveda into my daily rhythm—something simple, grounding, and close to my yoga practice. Each morning before I shower, I take a few quiet minutes to brush myself. It wakes up my body gently, helps me feel more present, and brings this soft, tingling aliveness to my skin.
It’s such a simple practice, but it’s become one of my favorite ways to show love to my body.
