Cryo Sticks in Sterling

The cryo sticks are my favorite way to regulate midday—whether it’s to cool down or calm down. I love how they have heft to them so they are great massager tools as well 🙂

The Cryo Sticks are such a lifesaver! I pop them in the fridge to keep them cold. I’m prone to puffiness and dark circles and I myself just a few minutes in the morning to massage under and around my eyes to de-puff, especially when I have early morning calls for shoots or events. They’re also great pick-me-ups if I lack sleep (or if I’m hungover hehe). I’m so dependent on them now, I don’t know how I used to functioned without them!

I honestly super love the Cryo Sticks! They’ve become part of my daily routine. I use them every night after applying my serum, and they instantly help calm and depuff my skin, especially around the eyes. The cooling sensation feels so refreshing and relaxing, it’s like a mini spa moment at home! Even my mom and sister have been using them too, haha. They keep saying how nice and soothing it feels, so we’ve been sharing them in rotation lately!

I love doing this in the morning (especially early morning) to remove the puffiness of my face. I also love using this when I have face mask on to help penetrate the serum more onto my skin, more so when I have a shoot. Perfect tool to use before the makeup artists puts makeup on my face.
