Thecollective.ph orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, (we don't ship on weekends or public holidays). Orders placed by 1 PM Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Then, it’s off to our shipping carriers. Once our courier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated and give an ETA on when you can expect your package to arrive.

Next day delivery for Metro Manila, 2-3 days for major city hubs and 7-12 days for more remote parts of the Philippines. Please note, with COVID restrictions we have noticed some slight shipping delays, these are shipping times are estimates.
