How much can the Everyday Bikini Brief (Light to Moderate) hold?
This absorbent period underwear can hold up to 3 to 5 teaspoons of blood, approximately 2 to 3 regular-sized pads or tampons.
Do I have to wear a tampon or a pad with it?
Nope! The Everyday Bikini Brief is designed to be worn on its own.
What is this period underwear made of?
It’s made with organic cotton making it breathable and soft to keep your skin rash-free. The Everyday Bikini Brief is also built with quick-absorbing multi-layered leakproof lining to keep you clean and dry.
Who do you recommend this for?
The Everyday Bikini Brief is suitable for all body types and cycles. This is also good as a period-starter product for teens!
How do I know when I need to change my period underwear?
First time? Don’t worry, it's beginner friendly! We recommend you use it at home to get to know your flow. Like pads or tampons, check every so often. When it starts to feel heavy, it’s time to change into another pair.
Can I wear it all day?
Absolutely! Just make sure to check in depending on the heaviness of your flow and the absorbency level (light to medium or medium to heavy) of the period underwear you choose for that day.
How to take care of your period undies:
1. Do a quick rinse under water.
2. Machine wash or hand wash with mild detergent (no fabric softener or bleach).
3. Tumble dry on cool or hang dry.

Used this the whole work day and experienced no leaks and no discomfort at all! Perfect for menstruators who have face-to-face school or office work.
I currently have 2 light to moderate and 2 heavy to moderate pairs and this rotation seems to work so well for my period cycle.
Using this product, it's like you are wearing regular panties without the added bulk from a napkin/pad. It is comfortable and gives extra protection. I used it on my first day and had worn it overnight for about 10 to 12 hours. I didn't notice any leaks at all. This is good for you and the environment, too!
