I don’t live in Metro Manila. Can I still order from your site?
Of course! Lucky for you because we ship nationwide. However, the delivery rates and shipping schedules may vary depending on where you’re located.
What are the delivery options?
We have three delivery methods: same day delivery, next day delivery, and nationwide shipping.
As of now, same day deliveries and next day deliveries are only available to Metro Manila residents who order before 3 PM. We’re working hard to make them available in the greater Metro Manila area soon.
How much do I pay for shipping?
We want you to have an enjoyable purchasing experience, so we have flat rates for all our delivery methods.
Same day deliveries have a flat rate of PHP 200.
Next day deliveries have a flat rate of PHP 150.
Nationwide shipping has a flat rate of PHP 219.
Can I book my own courier instead?
We are committed to keeping your orders safe and secure, so we do not allow third-party couriers to deliver our packages. Rest assured that we have partnered with the country’s largest logistics company to ensure a smooth delivery straight to your door.
How soon can I receive my order?
The estimated shipping time for standard deliveries are:

Do you deliver on the weekends or on holidays?
We believe in a balanced workplace where our team members can rest. As such, we don’t deliver on the weekends or on holidays. Any orders you place on those days will be handled and shipped on the next business day.
How can I track my orders?
Our order fulfillment team will send you a tracking link and number through your email upon completion of your order.
For same day deliveries, you will receive your link and number via text message.
What if I failed to receive my package?
We’ve all been there. If you were unable to receive your package the first time, we will resend it to you on the next business day. If your order is being delivered by LBC, there will be no additional delivery charges, although the delivery date will depend on your location.
You can also message us on Instagram (@thecollective) to tell us when you want your package to be re-delivered. Take note that we will only resend your order three times – failure to receive it on the third try will void your order and you will receive a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We exclusively ship within the Philippines for now, but we’re working to get our products to as many places as possible.
I accidentally used the wrong address on my order.
You can still change your shipping address, but you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on Instagram (@thecollective) as soon as possible so we can send your package to the right place.
