1. Simply twist open the cap and slowly lower the tip of the refill pouch into the opening of your Firsthand Supply Body Cleanser bottle.
2. Pour enough product to fill your bottle.

1. How many times can I refill my Firsthand Supply bottle with the refill pouch?

   The pouch should refill your Firsthand Supply bottle about 6 times.

    

2. How much Body Cleanser does the refill pouch hold?

   Our refill pouch contains 64 ounces; approximately 6 times the quantity of the standard bottle (300ml).

    

3. Why is this Body Cleanser’s color different from the bottle?

   The Firsthand Supply Body Cleanser refill pouch doesn't contain activated charcoal, which is why it has a different color than the original black bottle. While the refill pouch has a different color, it still delivers the same effective cleansing experience.

    

4. Will the refill pouch work with any bottle?

   The refill pouch is designed to work best with the original Firsthand Supply Body Cleanser bottle. This pouch fits best with Firsthand Supply bottles, but feel free to experiment with other containers of your own!

    

5. Is the refill pouch as effective as the bottled Body Cleanser?

   Yes! The refill pouch contains the same high-quality, plant-powered formula as the bottled body wash. You can enjoy the same refreshing cleanse and spa-like experience without the added bottle.
